Sessions typically last an hour and 15 mins and include a moment of grounding, sacred smoke and smudging and a ceremonial feel to support your relaxation - mind body and soul.

A curated yoga flow to fit your unique needs and goals, these intimate one on ones are for beginners seeking to learn the fundamentals. Customized sequences, alignment cues and mindfulness techniques are woven into the sessions, helping you to find a balanced approach mind, body and soul.
Styles of yoga can vary from a variety of yogic principles and styles including pranayama and meditation, yin, classical tantra, slow flow, vinyasa and power.

Tailored to meet your fitness needs and goals, these one on one sessions are for those looking to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight and get back on track. Achieve your best self with focused attention, motivation and guidance to attain real physical results as well as mental strength gifting you internal and external health.
Each session begins with a gentle warm up, 45 minutes of movement including weight training, circuit training or HIIT/LISS and a cool down.

Embodiment Flow Sessions are gentle intentional movement practices designed to ground your nervous system, release stored tension and bring you back to yourself. Through breath led somatic work, you reconnect to your body’s wisdom, settle into presence and prepare your system to receive the deeper work of hypnosis.
This is a form of movement as ritual.
Through connecting to the breath there is a settling of the body before journeying inward.This session is about 30 mins and can be a session on its own or added to your hypnosis as a 15-20 min pre hypnosis add on.
